INSANITY diary
I’m so hungry today! I can imagine it may be because I have been working out like a mad woman for a couple of days. My legs feel like rocks, making it hard to walk quickly and stand on my tippy-toes. I can’t even do ONE jumping jack! I do feel like the work outs are doing some good too, I feel amazing after it’s all over, tired to be sure, but good none the less.
I just wonder when my legs will start to feel more normal. I guess overall, so far, so good!
going to go make brownies now ;)
